Pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 867 of 2000, the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural Center was registered as a public benefit association under registration number 100 in the records of the Ministry of Social Affairs. Its headquarters are in Al Ain, Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and its scope of activity is the United Arab Emirates.
